Plan for D8 port of Search Log

Here's a patch based on the merge request !1.

As Drupal 8/9/10 version is not usable at all, I have reworked the module to have at least basic features.

The new version relies hardly on Views to display the results.

Relied on hook_search_preprocess() as form submit is not invoked for search block form.
