Missing drupal:media_library dependency

Problem/Motivation

It seems this module depends on drupal:media_library but doesn't declare that in the info file.

Steps to reproduce

Install Gutenberg Editor on a Drupal site without the Media Library module installed and the install fails with:

Fatal error: Interface 'Drupal\media_library\MediaLibraryOpenerInterface' not found in /web/modules/contrib/gutenberg/src/MediaLibraryGutenbergOpener.php on line 16

Proposed resolution

Declare a dependency on drupal:media_library.
