Change String to make sure it is translatable

Problem/Motivation

The string https://localize.drupal.org/translate/languages/de/translate?sid=2659028 in Varbase Blog is currently untranslateable
The reason is because it contians a

statement

Steps to reproduce

Translate the string to any language you like via localize.drupal.org
Confirm translation
Wait a while 1 -2 hours
Try to import the translation and sse it fails

Proposed resolution

remove

from localize.drupal.org and make sure just the text in between the opening and closing will be randered in po-files
