Dropbutton list items hidden on Claro in vertical tabs

Problem/Motivation

When using Paragraphs Classic entity reference display and vertical tabs with the Claro theme, the list of paragraphs gets cut off.

Steps to reproduce

Enable the Claro theme on Drupal 8.8. Create a few paragraphs and a form display that uses vertical tabs. Place your paragraph reference field inside one of the vertical tabs. You will see that the paragraphs get cut off.

Proposed resolution

Figure out whether this is a Claro issue or a paragraphs issue. I tried to debug it and prepare a fix but I couldn't work out what was causing the issue.

Have just come across this.

There is an `overflow: hidden` on the element that's wrapping this.

The styling on this comes from /core/themes/claro/css/components/vertical-tabs.css so it's a Claro issue.

Hello there,
It seems to be like an duplicate issue there are already two issue pertaining to the problem, I've commented on both of them and shared my findings.
