Hi,

Everytime I clear the cache I got the following error :

[warning] unlink(/var/www/mywebsite/web/sites/default/files/google_tag/primary/google_tag.noscript.js): Permission denied FileSystem.php:124
Failed to unlink file 'public://google_tag/primary/google_tag.noscript.js'.

I found out that created folders and files have "www-data" owner, so I need to change the owner back to me again and then I can clear the cache.
Is there a way to change that ?

I think this is a general Drupal issue, where the folder owner is changed after an update, from webuser:www-data to www-data:www-data. It looks like there isn't a dedicated issue to this bug ... See also:
