Is it possible to add https://www.drupal.org/project/bootstrap → library and https://www.drupal.org/project/fontawesome → to varbase profile
Than load the libraries locally to be able to use local libs instead of cdn version when icon fonts are used. That will make it a bit more gdpr compelling out of the box.
