Table of files formatter

When using file fields, one of the available formatters is "Table of files", which lists all files in a table format.

In a recent D8 upgrade project, we converted all file fields to media references, but discovered that it was no longer possible to get the same table of files as previously.

In #2831943: Use "rendered media" (not links) as default media field formatter; add modal to configure the used media view mode → there doesn't seem to be clear consensus on whether core should still provide this feature, but there is a patch authored by pguillard containing an implementation of the table of files formatter.

I've fixed a couple of code rot issues in that patch, and put it to work in aforementioned project. It's perhaps a bit small to be its own module though, so I wondered if it might fit well here?
