Add a generic entity route context

Similarly to NodeRouteContext, a generic entity route context should be available that supplies a context on routes which are identified as a link template for an entity type.

In order to facilitate this, a service should be supplied that can take a route match and return which entity type it represents, and optionally return the upcasted entity.
