Allow users to change replicated entity's label suffix globally

Problem/Motivation

https://www.drupal.org/project/replicate_ui/issues/2954151 → allowed users to change the entity label before saving, but it defaults to "(Copy)". A client requested the ability to change the default text, in their case to an empty string, globally to save a step.

Proposed resolution

Add the ability for site administrators to change the default string appended to the entity label.

Add text field to the configuration form to input a suffix.
