Ever time I run the composer to install a module or update one, it seems that permissions get reset for the sites folder and also for index.php file in web folder.
Index.php permissions get reset to 664, so I have to change it to 644 after any composer operation. If I don't reset permissions, the site will not load. It just shows.
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
