Block content set contextual edit links to edit_form route instead of canonical

Problem/Motivation

At present block content entities use the same route for the canonical and edit link template.
In the future we want to change that.

However, the contextual link for editing block content wrongly uses route "entity.block_content.canonical" instead of "entity.block_content.edit_form".
At present this has no impact, but it will hamper our efforts to add a block content preview page in ✨ Add view tab + standard template for block content Needs work
