I am using Drupal 8.8.3 with statistics module in the core. I have two languages in my site. When I create a View, using Format - Show - Fields, add "Content statistics: Total views" and add a filter for language, the number of views (page hits) works well with both pages of two languages. However, when I use the Format - Content - Teaser (Full page) in the View, the the number of views (page hits) only shows in the English language. In the other language, it shows "1 view" all the time.
How can I configure "statistics" to show the number of page hits in both languages in teaser or full content which use the display from the content type, not individual fields.

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
This happens because core Statistics, as well as the 1.x versions of contrib Statistics only count displays in full page mode.
