Caching Conflicts with Multisite / Domain Access

In the function sharethis_block_contents, a check is performed to see if the block has been cached at the per-page level.

But, the $cache_name variable does not use the full URL, only the path.

This means if a single node is visible on two domains, the block -- on both domains -- shares from whichever domain that node was first seen on since the last cache.

The attached patch wraps the call to current_path() with a call to url();
