Problem/Motivation

Scheduling of tasks is completely broken:

Issues with storing and retrieving event data due to serialization
Variables are not evaluated in the scheduled actions

Proposed resolution

Stop trying to store the entire event, but rather the essential info: trigger and entity information
Process scheduled items using the business rules processor
