Discovered while working on #3113992: The 'Update' page has no idea that some updates are incompatible → ... we had 0 test coverage of Drupal\update\Form\UpdateManagerUpdate which is the "Update" tab at /admin/reports/updates/update
#3113992 added some coverage (specifically for not compatible updates) but it also includes some compatible updates for comparison. So there's a little coverage now, but not close to complete.
Expand the test coverage to verify more of the code paths and functionality of this form.
