Entity reference doesn't respect views pagination settings

Could this be an issue with the Webform module, not Drupal core? Could we please get some steps to replicate this with on a fresh Drupal 10 install?

Apparently for entity reference views the result count is hardcoded to 10, and ignores the "specified number of items" setting. The offset functionality still works though.

yeah, it's that one that stalled.. let's hope we can move on.
