Rename schema file

I'm following the issue here and indeed the schema should be fixed. Can someone please review?

Checked with config_inspector and the derivative is not needed. So only committing the name change. You can create a new issue if you feel this is incorrect.

Guess it needs to create menu block and check its settings export
