One use case of this module is to use paragraphs entities with the regular blocks layout UI. However it seems that every paragraphs entity on the site is made available for placing on the blocks layout UI, which could be thousands of items on an average Paragraphs-based site, scaling up to hundreds of thousands or even millions of items on a large site.
It'd be useful if the module could restrict the list of available paragraph items on the blocks layout UI to only include items from the paragraphs library.
