This is a nice, minimal alternative to Menu Item Extras. I was testing it out as a replacement for creating mega menus, and I found a couple of small issues with layout builder:

There are probably lots of ways get the title as a link in both layout builder and the standard display mode, but an extra (or pseudo) field worked well.
I'll add a patch to this issue, and if this approach looks OK, I'll make a PR on gitlab.

Hey @rodrigoaguilera, I am trying this module out for the first time and running into this issue.
When you enable layout builder for menu items, and then click manage layout, you get a 404.
Here's the URL it was going to:
/admin/structure/menu/display/primary_nav/layout?bundle=menu_link_content
It's happening with the default display and this custom one.
