Tabledrag resets the sequence of rows on validation failure

This came up as a daily BSI target. Since it's been almost 6 years are we able to confirm this is still an issue? Also tagging for concrete steps to reproduce.

Doesn't seem to have fixed itself.

Not really sure if active or NW is better when there's only a test in the MR, but moving it back to NW to match previous status. Thanks!
