Chosen not loaded when opening modal for the first time.

I have a bug where chosen is not displayed when opening a modal for the first time after page reload. If I close and open the modal again, chosen is displayed correctly.

The suggestion provided #4 🐛 Chosen not loaded when opening modal for the first time. Closed: duplicate was working fine on the Modal popup in Drupal 10.0.5. @nsciacca you saved lot of my time.

The issue 🐛 Chosen not loaded when opening modal for the first time. Closed: duplicate remains active on the latest Drupal core version.
