This could use an HTML paste from the single and multiple versions in the issue summary for comparison.
We have a regular link field that allows multiple items in one location and a single link field in another location. When voiceover in Safari on macOS 13 announces the single link field it says e.g. "required, edit text, [field name]", but when it announces the multi-value field it just says "edit text" without the [field name] bit. The text field itself has a valid label defined, so shouldn't it be read? Might there be an aria attribute that could be added to help in this scenario?
