[meta] Update documentation screenshots to use Claro instead of Seven

Problem/Motivation

Blocked on Claro becoming Stable. Progress can be followed on #3066007: Roadmap to stabilize Claro → .

Documentation is using screenshots of Seven. As we are planning to gradually move towards using Claro, these screenshots will become obsolete.

Proposed resolution

Replace screenshots taken on Seven with screenshots taken on Claro.

  1. Create list of documentation needed to update.
  2. Update documentation pages with screenshots taken on Claro
