An Order View with an entity listed multiple times does not work

When you have a sorting view that has duplicate entities in it only the last instance gets assigned a weight.

In our case we have a view that displays products grouped into categories. Some products belong in multiple categories. When sorting them only the last instance of that entity id is saved. The other instances of that entity are not saved into the draggableviews table at all.

I think this is more of a feature request than a bug report.

I've created a merge request based which is a reroll of #5 against the 2.1.x branch. Note that this allows users to save the order of the list when it contains duplicate entities, but it does not allow the user to independently sort the entity. The additional entities are not given their own weight.
