The block plugins can provide caching keys, tags, contexts and max time that are added to the build in BlockViewBuilder::viewMultiple(). As this module bypasses the view builder and is not separately handling the caching rules for the blocks, there can be unexpected caching of the block build.
Here is a patch that fixes this.
