When a user is deleted, they get unsubscribed from the campaign by default. While it might be an ideal solution for most of the sites, some sites might want to keep the subscription even after that.
Ideally, the user should be able to make that choice while choosing to delete their profile if they do. And for admins, there should be a configuration may be at the /admin/config/services/campaignmonitor of somewhere in the lines of having a checkbox with text "Unsubscribe users from campaigns on account deletion".
