I've included a patch to make the status bar styling more uniform across themes.
The patch sets a font family and size and default line height to text in the status bar.
This stops height/styling etc from changing drastically on sites that use multiple themes (ie admin and main theme).
Also (purely cosmetic) i removed the text shadow for maximum compatibility of varying background and text colors.
