Exception that reaches the kernel is not being logged

Problem

I spent a bunch of time until I could capture the actual exception in Kernel event subscribers of an uninstalled module should not be called πŸ› Add/remove event listeners provided by a module on module install/uninstall Needs work because exceptions that can reach the kernel are not being logged. Proposed solution

Well, probably the only possible way to fix this is replacing the Symfony HTTP Kernel with our own.
