In Drupal 8.6.13 the import of some strings fails if the user select German as default language and/or start importing strings from l.d.o.
Although there is an approved translation for all of them and no html errors are on any string of them the import ist not complete and the percentage of translated strings is not equal 100 %
1. head over to simplytest.me
2. spawn an 8.13 instance
3. log in with admin admin
4. activate user interface translation via the extend page
5. confirm to enable dependency of local
6. add language German via go to /admin/config/regional/language/add and add german
7. wait till import is finished
8. set german as default language and make sure it is displayed by Drupal
9. Go to Translate user interface by clicking the percentage number on screen.
10. Select "Nur nichtübersetzte Zeichenketten..."
11. Se untranslated Strings
