Why is bootstrap_business/bootstrap attached in bootstrap_business.info.yml?
As far as I understood the bootstrap library should be attached at bootstrap_business_preprocess_html in bootstrap_business.theme depending on the theme setting either local or via CDN.
It seems to me that bootstrap_business.info.yml is attaching the local bootstrap anyway. So if you choose CDN you can end with having both libraries (local and CDN) loaded.
Is there anything I am missing here?

This line was used in 8.x-1.0-beta1 and I believe is abandoned since 8.x-1.0-beta2 so that not needed any more.
Here are two fixes one for 8.x-1.0-beta4 tag and other for 8.x-1.x dev branch (dev-version).
