Since there hasn't been a follow up in 2 years going to mark this one outdated, if still a bug please reopen.
When I started using range widget for facets I can see that option " Ensure that only one result can be displayed" which is the default selected not working. When you change your range value, on URL you can see the next value but only the first value is taken to filter values.
