Container-inline css Breaks Bootstrap Select

Created on 7 March 2019, almost 6 years ago
Updated 5 July 2023, over 1 year ago

I noticed that dropdowns within a 'container-inline' div were always open. The css needs to be more explicit so children divs are not affected. Link to screenshot of the image - https://snag.gy/c4XNYq.jpg

update css to:

.container-inline > div, .container-inline label

@msbtterswrth Thank you for reporting this problem. We rely on issue reports like this one to resolve bugs and improve Drupal core.

Is this issue still a problem?

Since this was reported 4 years contributors have asked for steps to reproduce the problem. None have been supplied.

Therefore, closing as cannot reproduce. If you are experiencing this problem on a supported version of Drupal reopen the issue, by setting the status to 'Active', and provide complete steps to reproduce the issue β†’ (starting from "Install Drupal core").

    Thanks!

Apologies, I seem to have never gotten updates for this issue and apparently never bothered to finish filling out the bug report either! Unfortunately I can't even recall which client site this was for and judging by the screenshot it was probably a frontend issue anyways relating to a bootstrap select module. Again, apologies for the poor bug report and the 4-year follow-up time!
