Just checked 8.x-2.x and this appears to already be fixed.
This is a follow-up to #2919316: Module is listed in the Custom category, but is not a custom module → . The parent module had its category updated to Content, but the submodule Content Lock Timeout did not.
This needs to be done as well.

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
Just checked 8.x-2.x and this appears to already be fixed.
