Correct branching name

Problem/Motivation

Right now this module is marked like stable but it contains a lot of bugs, wrong branching name, and wrong coding standards. So it should be alpha, beta or RC version.
So the current branch is 8.x-2.2 which is maintained instead of 8.x-2.x-dev.
Branch 8.x-2.2 is tagged like 8.x-2.3 (my brain is boiled)
The module did not have any updated dev branch to work with it, fix issues, prepare patches.

Proposed resolution

  • update 8.x-2.x-dev branch and mark like supported branch
  • Remove branch 8.x-2.2
  • Tag 8.x-2.x-dev to correct version
