Sad to see no maintainer response here in 4 years... Still it's outdated. But yeah... ....
This module is in serious need of an update. Many problems are open regarding the custom path.
Search API is set to our regularly and all patch for custom path does not work.
Can you put ema in one problem because you do not even know which patch to apply ?
