I re-applied the #6's patch on Drupal 10.1.

It would be helpful to show the title of the view display in the ViewListBuilder instead of just the type (e.g. Block, Block, Block).
I attempted to do this with templates and hooks, but there's not enough context provided to either to get the data needed. In order to get this information, you have alter ViewListBuilder::getDisplaysList().
