Conflict with other modules

I recently setup a drupal 8 site that uses the modules

1. https://www.drupal.org/project/legal → - to manage T&C on the site
2. https://www.drupal.org/project/prlp → - needed to put the password reset before T&C's since that module has an issue with the password reset.
3. https://www.drupal.org/project/genpass → - so admins don't have to type in a password

The above modules work just fine together and the client is happy. I wanted to also install change_pwd_page to simplify the user edit page. However, when I install change_pwd_page, the password reset stops working. While the form is still there, followed by T&C confirmation, followed by the new password page, the password set by prlp isn't being set. The message indicating a user has changed their password stops showing and the password change doesn't actually take (but no error). I had to uninstall change_pwd_page.

I'm not sure if the problem is with change_pwd_page, but felt this was the best place to post the above report. It would be great to get change_pwd_page playing nicely with the other modules. Hoping someone might have an idea.
