As explained in #17, we need more information here. That hasn't been provided since asking again, 9 months ago. Therefor, I am closing this.
Trying to use the Paragraphs Module, I created a content type as explained here

When I tried to edit the custom content type, I get a page full of PHP notices with this on top:
Notice: Undefined property: DOMElement::$tagName in Drupal\filter\Plugin\Filter\FilterHtml->getHTMLRestrictions() (line 268 of core/modules/filter/src/Plugin/Filter/FilterHtml.php).

I had a similar issue before that when I tried to add contents to the site via content menu, so I reinstalled everything and started all over again. Now this issue appears on content type creation.
What is this?
