CSS not included when css aggreation is activated and site mode is in production mode

Same problem also with 3.0 branch. I managed to solve by removing file prefixing, not sure if it's the right way, but seems to work.

I updated the patch with a couple of improvements. I agree that the CSS file does not need a prefix.

Updated patch for 3.1.0.

As a FYI: this issue may be related to https://www.drupal.org/project/simple_menu_icons/issues/3379128 🐛 Generated CSS file being deleted immediately after being created Active and the patches do conflict with one another.

Confirmed the patch in #20 seems to fix the issue. Tested module v3.1.0 on D10.3.14. Styles persist with CSS aggregation on.
