Attributes and title prefix is always empty

I have created custom templates for pages. Here . I tried to render a node field with quick edit.

    <div {{attributes}}>
     {{title_prefix}}
     {{ node.field_icon_text1|view }}
   </div>

But attributes is always empty. Because of this quick edit is always empty.

Since this has been resolved, I am updating the issue meta data and closing.

If you are experiencing this problem on a supported version of Drupal reopen the issue, by setting the status to 'Active', and provide complete steps to reproduce the issue → (starting from "Install Drupal core").
