Add whitelisted paths in settings.php

Currently it is only possible to add ip's in the settings.php that get whitelisted by default, using $this->config->get('ip_whitelist'). We want to add the option to also add paths to the settings.php that will get whitelisted by default, by using $this->config->get('path_whitelist').
