Whitelist content

I see a use case for this module in the process of automated testing. Take a production database, strip it from its content and import a set of test content. However this module seems to be designed to delete all content or all content of selected entity type(+bundle).

It its simplest form a whitelist is a comma separated list of IDs per entity type.
In its most ambitious form, it is a configurable set of conditions (ID, UUID, created date), operators (equal, less than, greater then, etc.) with choice of whitelisting or blacklisting, per entity type. With user interface like pathauto. (no sweat ;) )
