Exception in ParameterFactory will return HTTP:500, but exception in json JsonRpcMethod return HTTP:200

Exception in ParameterFactory will return HTTP:500 Exception in json JsonRpcMethod return HTTP:200

I'm sure that the Exception in json JsonRpcMethod return HTTP:200 is right,
