Language Block disapears on Pages built using Page Manager

@igor.stamatovski please try the latest dev version. Several issues have been fixed, I could imagine your issue was also fixed by 🐛 Use Url::fromRouteMatch instead of Url::fromRoute Fixed .

@Anybody Page Manager (aka Panels) support is not likely to be Helper from any recent work.. although i am not myself current with this corner of Ecosystem.

in general, I have not had any wider requests around support for Panels, not actually worked toward 🌱 [PLAN] Need some kind of plugin for discovery of entity types and linking logic for non EntityInterface Active
