Improve UX for deleting annotations/external entities

Currently seeing 2 issues regarding deleting:

The delete tab is visible, even when the external entity is read only (and not annotatable)
What if one only wants to delete the annotation and not the external entity itself?

Made a issue fork and pushed the patch with @WimLeers issues applied, except for the logic of getCancelUrl(). Didn't had time to test that, and why we need an override in the first place.

This could use some tests though..
