Often after creating a menu with three columns the third column will not show its correct content, instead it will be a duplicate of the second column. It will show correctly during creation but when using the menu it is no longer correct. It doesn't seem to happen consistently and often recreating the menu will fix the issue temporarily, only to show up again later (usually after a small content change or something). It makes the module pretty unusable for three column layouts since it keeps breaking the site's menu. I know inconsistent issues can be hard to fix so I'll try to repost if I can find a more consistent way to make it happen.
