Mark functions for wrapping Ajax response as deprecated

Follow-up #736066-366: ajax.js insert command sometimes wraps content in a div, potentially producing invalid HTML and other bugs → :

We should document that these are deprecated and will be removed in Drupal 9.0.0. We should also open a follow-up for triggering a deprecation warning here.

There is a newer issue for this 🐛 Leftover D10 deprecations in ajax.js Needs work . Therefore closing as a duplicate.
