Hide group selector if the user is not a member of any groups

Problem

If the user is not a member of any group or the platform has no groups then the empty select list for a group on the add content form (e.g. /node/add/topic) created by the SocialGroupSelectorWidget can be confusing.

Solution

Disable the element and show a message or hide the element altogether.
