Those wishing to contribute to porting the plugins, please create a new issue (if one does not exist) for the plugin you are going to port, assign this to yourself and link the issue to the list of plugins below.
Each plugin will require tests before merging.

All Tamper from the D7 version of Feeds Tamper plugins are ported!
