Add a cache busting token to hash link.

It would be great if the hash string had a cache-busting token for sites the use aggressive browser caching or an edge cache layer.

Could look like this

https://example.com/node/3?hash=49unf8aF4-oRkiwwtcpEEQFTc_LwMGliXwvVyYro__w&itok=E9W-7lXV&timestamp=1505323375

The key point is that the token should change each time a node is updated.

Alternatively we could modify the headers to set the cache to expire each time a node is updated.

It would make a good project for someone who is new to the Drupal contribution process. It's preferred over Newbie.

Closing as outdated because the 2.0.x branch doesn't appear to have the issue, and the Drupal 7 version is no longer supported.
